Ellie Gibson, perfect candidate to review a game that requires a degree of athleticism?
Right, so you haven't played the game. I see you're still too cowardly to straight up admit it but that's obviously the case.
At this point most people would be too ashamed to actually continue an argument without knowing what they're talking about, but kudos to you for having the brass balls to push on regardless!
Okay, so since micro-transactions seem to be the only way you can bash Xbox One games - after they wiped the floor with their PS4 ...
But as I said, I was able to play it fine without buying extra things.. so how can the game be described as broken?
I actually liked the stage structure - some levels are short with only a few objectives, some are fairly long. It would be nice if there were are few more environments but the pacing throughout was good.
It didn't even take a long time to level up and I only replayed stages to improve my grade and because the stages were fun - not to grind. ...
Instead of trying to snipe at me, why don't you tell us about your experience with micro-transactions in Crimson Dragon?
Bonus points if you do it without losing another bubble.
Definitely get Ryse if you're buying Xbox One, beautiful, spectacular and 'entertaining' throughout!
I just finished playing through the game without paying for a single piece of additional content, so I'm not sure how this complaint comes to be.
I know you can buy 'gems' in the game but you certainly don't need to.
Nintendo, bitch!
There are, and my local Tesco will have extra stock, but the hassle of a midnight launch frenzy is extremely unappealing to me..
I doubt I've much chance of getting one in the morning but I'll probably take a drive up anyway!
I don't have a preorder but I'm starting to wonder if I could pop over to the shops in the morning and grab one. Worth a shot?
I'm fine for them to hold off on Gears 4 for a couple of years.
'RSOR' sounds kind of like 'arse sore' if you say it.
Good way to describe you haters!
Good review!
If they can reboot Killer Instinct surely anything's possible..
Go on, Sega.
Lovely stuff. My favourite Kinect games so far have come from Japan - Child of Eden and Steel Battalion: Heavy Armour - this looks like another nice title.
Interesting, did Microsoft poke fun at Sony when PS3 was delayed across Europe?
Microsoft makes fun for gamers :)
Loads of people have had good things to say about Ryse, it's one of those typical launch games that aren't perfect but feel good and look properly next-gen. That's got to be worth something!
Voice commands work super well and you can navigate past a number of screens in one move. Very useful indeed, plus it just feels damn good!
Is it broken though? I'm interested in buying it so I've watched a lot of videos - including ones on Eurogamer - where people have found it responsive.
The game obviously doesn't take itself seriously and it's no accident that the dialogue is hilarious, looks like good fun.
I'd love to hear an MMA fighter's impressions, lol.
